Yes, we do accept and process insurance. To verify your coverage, please click here to submit your information to our billing company for confirmation. You may also use your health savings account funds towards acupuncture services.
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your schedule.
Each session typically lasts 55 minutes for acupuncture and 30 minutes for cupping, moxa, or reiki. The length may vary based on your specific needs and treatment plan.
Each therapy—acupuncture, cupping, moxa, and reiki—can be booked separately or added onto an acupuncture session for enhanced results. Feel free to ask us about the best combination for your individual needs!
