She holds a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine, and she has studied Ayurveda and Yoga in India. Certified in Integrative Nutrition, Andrea combines Eastern Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and Energy Psychology to address the root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances.

She founded Centered Health Healing Arts in 2009 to create a space for comprehensive mind-body-spirit healing. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace self-love and uncover the root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances.
